摘要: Constant changes in the construction market have resulted in individual projects being challenged to meet the long-term growth needs of large construction companies. Change should be based on the construction of this new model project group, to achieve better interaction, and to allow for a more rapid enterprise development. This paper is based on the system coupling analysis of large-scale construction enterprises and construction projects. A clear system presents itself and forms the basis of the system construction, institutional change and mechanism of the path between base construction projects and business growth.

基于熵模型的大型建筑企业组织结构研究

摘要:

分析了组织结构对企业管理的重要意义以及组织结构设计与信息传递的关系,基于国内外大型建筑企业组织结构的对比,发现国内外大型建筑企业组织结构的共性与差异。提出运用信息熵模型从时效和质量两个方面评价组织结构的有序度,为考查组织信息传递有效性提供了定量方法,据此对日本鹿岛建设集团和中国铁建股份有限公司进行了评价。

摘要: In the case of single project management standing the major place, the management on the organizational level and project level is separated from each other in large-scale construction enterprises, and it is not long before program management theories applied to construction industry. Under the new situation of construction project clustering, how to choose projects has been the strategic decision for construction enterprises. Therefore, with the theory of program management and strategic management, this paper analyzes the relationship between the strategic growth of large-scale construction enterprises and program contracting, and attempts to provide meaningful ideas for enterprises to choose program from the strategic level.

Large-scale model test study on the water pressure resistance of construction joints of karst tunnel

摘要: Model tests and numerical calculations were adopted based on the New Yuanliangshan tunnel project to investigate the water pressure resistance of lining construction joints in high-pressure and water-rich karst tunnels. A large-scale model test was designed and conducted, innovatively transforming the external water pressure of the lining construction joint into internal water pressure. The effects of the embedded position and waterstop type on the water pressure resistance of the construction joint were analyzed, and the reliability of the model test was verified via numerical calculations. The results show that using waterstops can significantly improve the water pressure resistance of lining construction joints. The water pressure resistance of the lining construction joint is positively correlated with the lining thickness and embedded depth of the waterstop. In addition, the type of waterstop significantly influences the water pressure resistance of lining construction joints. The test results show that the water pressure resistance of the embedded transverse reinforced waterstop is similar to that of the steel plate waterstop, and both have more advantages than the rubber waterstop. The water pressure resistance of the construction joint determined via numerical calculations is similar to the model test results, indicating that the model test results have high accuracy and reliability. This study provides a reference for similar projects and has wide applications.

中国建筑企业海外经营合规管理研究

摘要:

中国建筑企业“走出去”、海外经营可持续发展,离不开有效的合规管理。本文系统梳理了世界银行对于资助建设项目的制裁体系,总结了发达国家、国际组织针对大型企业跨国业务运营所采取的管制措施,相关内容是中国建筑企业掌握国际通行规则、合规开展国际业务的技术性参考。重点针对 2009—2020 财年中国建筑企业海外经营发生的“不合规”事件开展分析,总结了“不合规”事件的基本特征及面临后果,指出了国际监管力度逐步加强、项目东道国的业务经营环境不佳、母国对建筑企业海外经营的规制薄弱等突出问题。研究建议,我国应加强正式和非正式的国际合作,加快刑法激励机制、行政监管激励机制等法律制度建设,融合先进技术对建筑企业进行合规指导与合规监管,注重培养涉外业务合规管理人才,着力提升中国建筑企业海外经营水平和合规管理能力。

Dynamic Coordinated Management Model of Programme in Large-Scale Construction Company

摘要: Large-scale construction companies develop rapidly when facing more and more opportunities and challenges of programme contracting. However, project management technology, not meeting the requirements of firm growth, still stands proud, while relevant programme management methods have not been well studied. Therefore, this paper commences innovative application of coordinated management theory to programme management according to the need of changing the existing management mode in large-scale construction companies, then puts forward the dynamic coordinated management model composed of the dynamic coordination of function module, interface module, support module and evaluation module. Besides, coordination degree was introduced to make auxiliary analysis, so that companies can utilize internal and external resources more effectively to realize the goals of programme management as well as enterprise strategy.

Establishing Profiles for Systems Engineering Standards: A Great Help for Companies to Manage Their Processes

摘要: In this paper, we discuss how to establish profiles of system engineering standards for companies. To define an appropriate system engineering standard for a company, this paper presents a detailed comparison between the current releases of the main system engineering sta-ndards (ANSI/ EIA-632, ISO/IEC-15288 and IEEE-1220), and explains how to choose the most adapted one according to the company practices. When no standard completely corresponds, the paper illustrates how to elaborate a tailor-made standard on the basis of specific required characteristics of the company or of the project, following a multi-standard approach, leading to extend and adapt a sta-ndard by importing some elements from another.

摘要: In this article, the mechanical characteristics of the squeeze of the F7 fault of the Wushaoling Tunnel are analyzed. The measurements and techniques are proposed to resist the deformation. The result indicates that the method of construction to control the further squeeze deflection is appropriate.

针对北京富水砂卵石地层大断面隧道地层稳定性差、工程周边环境复杂、对沉降控制要求高等诸多难题,在大断面隧道中采用CRD法、洞桩法进行施工,有效控制了工程结构、沿线及周围建筑物和地下管线的变形,确保了工程及周围环境的安全。
